GJCF-15 APH Gap Control system Signal Transmitter

Short Description:

GJCF-15 APH Gap Control system Signal Transmitter and the Gap Sensor Probe GJCT-15-E are used together to process the signal measured by the probe, and after a comprehensive judgment, an execution command is issued to start the power circuit, so that the sealed sector plate rises, falls or Emergency lift to the upper limit position. It is suitable for detecting the displacement of the air preheater rotor in motion under high temperature and harsh environment.

GJCF-15 APH Gap Control system Signal Transmitter is used in the seal clearance control system of air preheater. The key problem of the system is the measurement of preheater deformation. The difficulty is that the deformed preheater rotor is moving, and the temperature in the air preheater is close to 400 ℃, and there are a lot of coal ash and corrosive gas in it. In such a harsh environment, it is very difficult to detect the displacement of moving objects.
